ACADEMY NEWSBACK TO BLACK(May 07, 2011)Returning to Blackburn for her second time, This time little Phoebe Apps left triumphant, winning the Under 6 Premier competition. Phoebe is beginning to attend more and more feis competitions and learning as she goes, which definately seems to be paying off. This is Phoebes second Premier win for an exciting little dancer.
